Privacy Policy
How information related to IntegraMed360 is collected, used, and protected.
Effective date:
1. Scope
IntegraMed360 is a management platform for clinics and healthcare professionals. This policy explains how information related to use of the platform is collected, used, and protected.
The platform is operated by Giovanni Isaias Castillo Arbizu.
2. Roles of the clinic and IntegraMed360
The subscribing clinic determines which patient information it enters and how that information is used in delivering its services; it will generally act as controller of that data. IntegraMed360 processes the information to provide the platform and under the clinic's instructions.
IntegraMed360 may act as an independent controller for information strictly needed to manage its own accounts, security, billing, or commercial contacts, as applicable.
3. Information that may be collected
The information depends on what clinics and their authorized users enter or generate.
- Patient name, phone, email, date of birth, gender, and address when supplied by the clinic.
- Appointment, clinical-history, and clinical-note information entered by authorized staff.
- Information about authorized clinic users used for access and administration.
- Technical and security data needed to authenticate sessions, protect the service, and diagnose errors.
4. How information is used
Information is used to operate the platform, manage patients and appointments, maintain clinical records, enable authorized communication workflows, and improve the clinic's internal administration.
5. Reminders and WhatsApp
When the clinic and patient authorize it, IntegraMed360 may send appointment reminders through the WhatsApp Business Platform. These messages are for care and appointment-management communication.
Patients may request to stop receiving messages under the clinic's communication policies.
6. Security and access
Reasonable security measures protect stored information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and is subject to authentication and permission controls.
No measure eliminates all risk. Clinics must protect credentials, administer users, and report suspected access incidents.
7. Disclosure and sale of information
IntegraMed360 does not sell personal information. Information is used to provide services to subscribing clinics and under their instructions, except where an applicable legal obligation requires disclosure.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The public site and application may use cookies or similar storage strictly needed for language, session, security, and operation.
9. Retention
Information is kept as long as necessary to provide the service, follow documented clinic instructions, and meet applicable obligations.
10. Providers and subprocessors
IntegraMed360 may use technical providers for infrastructure, storage, communication, and support, subject to appropriate protective terms.
11. International transfers
Depending on approved infrastructure and providers, information may be processed outside the clinic's or patient's country.
12. Rights and requests
People may direct requests to access, correct, delete, object to processing, or exercise other applicable rights over clinical information to their clinic. The clinic will validate identity and scope; IntegraMed360 will support it under the contract and applicable law.
Privacy questions may also be sent to giovanni.castillo@nextlinedev.com.
13. Minors
The platform is not directed to minors. A clinic may process pediatric information as part of professional care and must obtain required authorization from parents, guardians, or representatives.
14. Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect service changes or applicable requirements. A new effective date will be published and, when appropriate, clinics will be notified through a suitable channel.
